Important Hotel and Shuttle Information:

All hotels have been contacted and early check-ins are not guaranteed but they will do their best to accommodate. Please call ahead on Friday/Saturday to check the status of your rooms.

Afternoon Shuttle Schedule:

1:45 PM - Pick up from hotels

2:15 PM - Drop off at the venue

2:45 PM - Pick up from hotels

3:15 PM - Drop off at the venue

The bus will return to the hotels for any late arrivals. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM.

Evening Shuttle Schedule:

Shuttle 1: 9:30 PM Return to hotels

Shuttle 2: 10:00 PM Return to hotels

Shuttle 1: 10:30 PM Return to hotels

Shuttle 2: 11:00 PM Return to hotels

Shuttle 1: 11:30 PM Last run to hotels

The shuttles are available during the day for any additional trips if necessary!
