What is the best way to get to the venue?
The best way is by car, uber, or lyft. Once you turn into the driveway, you'll go past the first building on the property and continue on down the hill to the lakeside venue.
Will the ceremony and reception be in the same place?
Yes.
Can I bring my own food?
Cheers Chalet holds a food license, with the exception of wedding cake/cupcakes, etc., all food and
beverages must be purchased through them.
Outside alcohol is absolutely prohibited.
Am I able to bring alcohol to Cheers Chalet?
Cheers Chalet holds a liquor license and is subject to the Ohio State Liquor Laws. Ohio law strictly prohibits
the consumption of outside alcohol (alcohol not purchased at Cheers Chalet) anywhere on Cheers Chalet
premises, including changing rooms and parking lots.
Can you accommodate special dietary requests?
Yes, we can accommodate most special dietary requests. Please notify Lauren, Corey, or one of the wedding party members and they will
communicate the request to the culinary team.
What time may we arrive for the wedding?
Guests should arrive no more than 30-minutes prior to
your ceremony time.
Will there be a meal served?
Yes. There will be a beautifully decorated Italian-themed sauté station. Guests can create their own perfect pasta dish sautéed by the chefs at the venue.
Pasta ingredients include:
- Vegetables: Bell pepers, onion, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, olives, diced tomatos
- Assorted meats: Chicken, mini meatballs, italian sausage
- Pastas: Penne, bow tie, linguine, [Gluten free pasta will be available]
- Sauces: Marinara and Alfredo
- Also: Cheese Tortellini, shrimp, steak strips, and basil pesto sauce
Is there an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar capped to a certain amount. After that, it will be a cash bar.
Can I bring my kids?
If they are included on the invitation, yes please do!
Can I bring a plus-one?
If they are included on the invitation, then yes.
