Follow this link (https://r.uber.com/rh5EBFy0avF) or enter the code rh5EBFy0avF in the Uber app for a $100 voucher to be used for transportation during our wedding weekend! Both Uber and Lyft are available throughout Reno and Tahoe. Uber will allow you to schedule a ride from the venue (Lyft does not have that option). If you are planning on getting a ride to or from the venue, please schedule in advance to ensure your ride arrives in a timely fashion.
Reno-Tahoe International Airport
This is the closest airport to fly into. Public transportation is challenging in Reno, so we recommend either renting a car or taking Uber/Lyft.
Hilton Garden Inn Reno
This is located in Reno 25 minutes away from the venue. Please check back here for more information on a room block.

· Dates default to arriving Thursday, June 27, 2024 and departing Sunday, June 30, 2024 and can be changed by clicking ‘Edit Stay’
· Reservations must be made prior to Tuesday, May 28, 2024 to receive group rate
· Guests may also call Hilton reservations @ 855.437.4340 and use group code VHWED to make a reservation
· Rate is flexible and can be cancelled or changed up to two days prior to arrival with no fee
· Reservations must be cancelled at least two days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax

The Incline Lodge
This is located in Incline (near Lake Tahoe) about 25 minutes away from the venue.

There are a number of options on Airbnb. We recommend booking in South Reno or Incline for best access to the venue.
