Q + A

How do I get there and where do I stay?

Make sure to check our Travel tab at the top of the page. We've detailed travel, hotel and transportation there. Don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have any questions!

When should I book?

Most airlines begin booking flights 1 year out from the travel date. We recommend booking as early as possible for the best prices on flights. Discounted rates at the Armada Hotel expire on July 6th, 2025. You can book rooms from now until then.

What does the weekend look like?

Please make sure to bookmark the home page as we will update with locations and times for all events. Sunday the 31st is the wedding date! Please arrive to the ceremony on time. Hosted festivities will roll on until 4am. Make sure to check our wedding schedule. Monday, September 1st is Labor Day in the U.S. After the labor of celebrating us the night before, let us treat you to a recovery brunch from **TBD to TBD** at Aileen's restaurant located in the lobby of the Armada Hotel.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire is requested with suits and a tie requested for men and a floor length requested for women. The bridal party are multicolored so please do not worry about clashing.

Can I bring a plus one?

We're so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! If you received a plus-one, this will be listed on your invitation and will appear when you RSVP. Otherwise, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests.

What will the weather be like?

Who knows. Any way, it's safe to bring a raincoat or umbrella.

What is there to do around the venue?

We strongly recommend planning a vacation around Ireland before or after our wedding. Dingle, Killarney, Shannon and Galway are all beautiful towns within 1 to 3 hours away from Miltown Malbay. Kissing the Blarney Stone is 2 hours away. We've added some links to local attractions on our Travel tab but local to the hotels is a world famous golf course- The Spanish Point Golf Club, the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty castle, and the Doolin Caves. If it's your first time to Ireland, make sure to take the time to visit the capital city, Dublin to visit the Guinness factory, Temple Bar, and St. Patrick's Cathedral. You really can't go wrong with any itinerary.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to book travel in time for the RSVP deadline but I am still planning to go, what should I do?

PLEASE just let us know.
