Can I bring a plus one?
While we would love for each of our guests to bring their special someone, our venue can only accommodate so many. Your invitation will be addressed to include two names or as "family," please use this to determine. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
Please see above to answer this question, thank you!
How do I RSVP?
On your invitation, there will be a QR Code at the bottom. Open the camera on your phone and hover over the icon, a website link will appear. Click on the website and search your first and last name to find your invitation and RSVP!
Can I RSVP for my plus one or my kids?
If your invitation includes two names or is addressed to a "family," please type everyone's first and last names into the search bar to RSVP for them.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Round Barn Stable of Memories.
Do we need to leave the venue prior to the reception?
Nope! A cocktail hour will be held where guests can have a drink/snack, catch up, and meet new people. Guests will be floated into the area permitted when the reception is ready to begin.
Indoor or Outdoor for the Ceremony/Reception?
We will be relying on The Round Barn staff and our ushers to make movement throughout our day as painless as possible. Weather will determine how this will run, and we will make sure everyone knows where to be and when.
Is there a hotel close to the venue?
Yes! There is a hotel within walking distance of the venue. You heard that right, walking distance... just in case some are worried about operating a vehicle post-reception- we got you. See the "Travel" hyperlink on this website to view the hotel's website for booking!
Where should we park?
There is a large parking lot at the venue. We don't anticipate any issues with parking, but carpooling is encouraged!
What should I wear?
Please see the "Home" hyperlink on this website. For those too lazy to click twice (we've been there) the dress code is "Semi-Formal" for the ceremony and reception. For those wanting specifics, we encourage you to refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, flip flops, and white colored garments.
What will the weather be like?
As much as we would like to bring our "89 and sunny" from Florida to Kentucky, we are excited about having a fall wedding, and all that comes with it. Typically, Kentucky weather at this time of year consists of 60-75 and overcast. Please plan your dress accordingly! Layers are always a good call.
Any other questions?
