When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Sooner the better but we would like to confirm by September. We request that RSVP be made online. However, if you are unable to or would like to RSVP for your parents or someone else that is unable to RSVP online please contact us personally.
How do I get to the venue?
Several of the family members will be traveling by vehicle from Texas to Colorado. You are more than welcome to join the caravan. Please contact us personally for additional information on ground transportation. From Dallas, TX to Littleton, CO is approximately a (12) hour drive.
Others have decided to fly and book round trip transportation into Denver. Currently round-trip flights are around $250.
Once at the hotel what is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
The Homewood Suite Hotel in Littleton, CO is less than 1 mile from the Ken Caryla Vista by Wedgewood Wedding Venue. It is an approx. 2 min drive. Free Parking is available at the venue.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Depending on the weather, the day of the wedding, the ceremony might be outdoors. However, if there is a forecast for inclement weather it can be relocated indoors easily. The reception will follow the ceremony and will be indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Currently a block of rooms is only at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver – Littleton hotel. If necessary, more rooms can be blocked. There are also two additional hotels near the vicinity that can also be booked.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We have several vegetarians in the family. We know that not everyone eats meat, and some people have special dietary restrictions. If you require any other dietary restrictions or allergies other than vegan or vegetarian, please let us know.

The wedding is scheduled from 3pm – 10pm. There has been a discussion of an after-party at the hotel lobby following the reception.

Immediately following the wedding ceremony there will be a designated area for a cocktail hour prior to the reception.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We understand everyone loves taking pictures and getting their own photos during the wedding. But we ask that you keep it minumim especially during the ceremony. You can set your phone down awhile, sit back, relax, and enjoy your time with us. We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment and we can share all the beautiful images with everyone after the wedding.

#AriasAmour
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel if flying in?
We currently do not have a shuttle service set up to and from the hotel to the airport. However, transportation can be arranged. There are rental car services at Denver Airport as well as Uber/Lyft services. Furthermore, as some guests will be driving to the wedding, we can possibly make arrangements for pickup from the airport if necessary.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
It’s an elegant wedding, what do you think. Formal dress attire recommended; black tie optional.
What is the weather like in the area?
We have been told that in December the weather in the area could be freezing cold, snowing in the 30s or sunny in the 70s. They say in December you never know what you’re going to get. We will keep a look out for the forecast that month.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We invited our immediate family, their kids, and our closest friends. If we invited everyone that we both knew we would easily have over 500+ guests. If there is someone you would like to invite, that you think is not in our immediate family or close friends please contact us personally.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We are Mexican American, we have a ton of kids in the family. We can’t ask you to travel all the way to Colorado and leave the kids at home. Go ahead and bring the little ones. We just ask that you please indicate how many RSVP attending are under the age of 21.
