We will have lots of signage and markers at the road along with clear directions on where to park for both the welcome dinner and the wedding.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the venue without a car is a bit tricky given its semi-remoteness so we recommend carpooling or renting if you do not have access to your own vehicle as Lyft and Uber are unlikely to be a feasible option. We can help coordinate rides if people are in need. Parking at the venue should not be an issue, we have a large grassy area for parking. Given our location, it unfortunately was not feasible to set up an end of evening shuttle between the venue and Nederland so plan accordingly (designate a DD, coordinate carpooling, slow down with the drinks at the end of the night). If you need a place to stay the evening of the wedding we can definitely coordinate finding you a bed somewhere. Also, we can help coordinate carpooling if needed at the end of the night.
RTD (the regional bus service) operates a bus between Nederland and Boulder with the latest bus departing Nederland around 11:39 PM Saturday night.
Camping!
There is PLENTY of space on the property for people to pop a tent and camp for free. For those wanting to party a bit later into the evening, they can camp closer to the reception area. There will be a quieter camping area about a quarter mile away at the 2nd family cabin. Basic bathroom accommodations will be available at both locations however if you are wanting a shower that may need to be arranged at someone's hotel room or home. If you are in need of a tent or bedding, just ask and we can see what can be arranged.
The Boulder Creek Lodge
15 minutes from the venue and right along Boulder Creek in the heart of Nederland this is an ideal spot to stay for the wedding!
Airbnb or VRBO
There are many home options of different sizes available in the Nederland area, or you could even look somewhere closer to Central City/Blackhawk if you would like your own space/kitchen.
Sundance Lodge
Located just down Magnolia Road, this rustic lodge is a very convenient option of wedding guests.
A-Lodge Boulder
This cozy lodge is located right as you start to head up Boulder Canyon towards Nederland along Boulder Creek about 20 minutes from the wedding venue.
St. Julien
At the bottom of Boulder Canyon off of the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder is the luxury hotel and spa the St. Julien for those who want a place to stay in comfort.
