Blake and Leah first met when she transferred to Park View School for 7th grade. They didn't interact much, he rarely came to school. It wasn't until High School that they became friends and started to hang out that they realized they lived 5 houses away from each other.

After high school, Leah went to Arizona State to continue her schooling. Blake stayed at home and went to Oakton College. That didn't stop them from talking or spending time together. Blake came to Arizona for a visit during year 2 and stayed until her roommates starting asking questions. Blake soon moved out to Nevada for work and the commute between the two became shorter. All this to say, the visits became more frequent.

It wasn't until they both moved back to Chicago and turned 25, that they decided to give love a try. 4 years later, we get to celebrate with the ones we love most. Who knew love would have been right down the street?
