It all began in the summer of 2019 over a dead body...(gross anatomy lab). Justin and I had just started our PT journey at MSJ, he was the outgoing jokester at the station beside me. He might not have known my name but he knew how to make me laugh! He spent much of the summer trying to get to know me and assuring his carpool that he would some day marry me. Justin finally worked up the courage to ask me out and I shot him down (whoops!). I was at MSJ to get my degree, not go on dates. Justin didn't take no for an answer and with his persistence I finally agreed to go out with him. Justin took me to sky zone and dinner where we spent the night laughing and having a great time! Shortly after our first date, we made it official!

A month later plans changed and Justin moved back to Cleveland. We were faced with the opportunity to continue our relationship long distance. We both continued our education traveling back and forth from Cincy to Cleveland to see each other. When I graduated from school in 2022, I moved back home to Louisville where Justin joined after completing his degree. It was a long weekend trip to a friend's lake house that sealed the deal. Justin had been working closely with my friends to pull off the biggest surprise. He proposed to me on the dock of Lake Lanier on May 27, 2023, where I said "Sure!" ( I was surprised okay:))!

After 4 year of being together, we can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with you on 9.14.24!
