ladies, don't wear heels!

But also...

What's the dress code?

Dressy casual, which means → guys should be in nice slacks and a dress shirt, tie optional; ladies should be in dresses and/or nice pants. But honestly, you're an adult. We trust you to figure it out for yourselves. Look nice. Be comfortable. Wear what makes you feel good. Again, ladies, don't wear heels unless you want to become a meme: [YOUR NAME] vs. The Mountain.

What's the food situation?

Heavy appetizers, which means → there WILL NOT be a sitdown dinner. We'll have a mix of passed food and stations, but this isn't your classic dinner reception. So if you care a lot about food or need to hit some caloric intake per day, eat more ahead of time.

What's the best way to get to & from the venue?

Depends, which means → If you have a DD (and we mean a legit DD) in your group, then you could drive. There are parking spots easily accessible at the venue. However, these are mountain roads. And we want you to have a good time without worrying about you getting home safely. Thus, it might be better to pre-order an Uber or taxi for the ride home.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Mostly outdoors; the ceremony is entirely outside, and the reception is partially outside. There will be a tented patio and an adjoining, fully enclosed barn. Meanwhile, there's plenty of outdoor space to play yard games and hang out. Enjoy nature. It's good for you.

Reminder: Here's a link to the wedding venue.

That'll give you a better sense of the space.

Where should I stay?

Lots of great options, which means → check out the Venue & Accommodations tab for more specifics.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes, but → remember how we talked about those winding mountain roads? Please ensure you have a DD if you choose to drive. If you do, there should be ample parking at the venue.

Am I allowed to take photos & video during the wedding?

Umm, yeah → I mean, sure, we don't want you to be glued to your phone such that you aren't engaged in the present moment. But photo it up! In fact, we WANT YOU to take some video footage (landscape orientation preferred). Following the wedding, we'll send you a link to upload the photos & videos you nabbed.
