While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. The resort requires everyone to be 18+ to book and attend our wedding.

Yes, an RSVP is required. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating, meals, and beverages. In order for us to be able to accommodate you; you MUST RSVP prior to the deadline of July 15, 2024. We appreciate your understanding of this!

The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is July 15, 2024. Any modifications after July 15 will cancel your current reservation and it will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which will be much higher as the wedding date approaches. Also, make sure your card on file has not expired as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if your payment is declined due to your card on file is expired or if your bank blocks the payment if they detect it as fraud.

Of course! For those who are single, you are allowed a plus-one. We understand the pricing for rooms is more cost-efficient with double occupancy. Please be sure to list your guest on the RSVP.

Yes, this is an all-inclusive luxury resort.

All meals, snacks, and drinks (including alcohol), are included and unlimited! There are 14 restaurants, a food truck, several bars and lounges, and 24-hour room service. There are also plenty of activities for adults at no extra charge! Visit the Excellence Punta Cana website or download The Excellence Collection app to see a list of daily and night activities and entertainment.

Guests will start arriving on Oct 2nd or 3rd, but you can come sooner if you like and plan to stay 3-6 nights. We'll arrive on Tuesday and depart on the following Tuesday. You're welcome to stay as long as you would like. Note, the resort requires a 3-night minimum stay. Our discounted group rates will be valid from October 1st-October 10th.

ASAP! There is no room block in place and rooms are expected to sell out as it gets closer to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on-site. Your room reservation is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your arrival, and it only takes $1 to reserve and secure your room now.

April 6th is the last day to RSVP for excursions. After that, you will have to book them on your own if you wish to join us.

Yes you can, but be advised that (1) you will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, (2) you will not be able to modify your reservation at all once you book and (3) you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Code LDWOCT24XPC and book the GROUPS RATE option because it only requires $1 deposit to book, it will include free cancellation up until 24 hours from arrival and free transportation to/from the airport. We would hate for you to lose any money if you have to cancel your stay.

Let us know of any dietary restrictions through the RSVP form. We want to make sure you're taken care of! During check-in, the resort will ask if you have any dietary restrictions as well and tie this information to your room number. This is to make sure you have a comfortable stay!
