Excellence assigns a promo code specifically for your wedding group which gives a discounted rate for specific travel dates for the wedding. Guests will use this promo code to book their individual rooms with just a $1 deposit. The balance will be withdrawn from the card on file about 30 days before you arrive at Excellence. This date will vary depending on when everyone is arriving but the date will be listed on the automated booking confirmation email you receive from Excellence right after booking the room. Excellence includes free cancellation up until 24 hours from arrival. Guests can book their reservation with the promocode with just the $1 deposit and if something happens, they are able to cancel with no penalty as long as it is 24 hours before arrival to Excellence. Excellence also provides free private transportation to and from the airport for all reservations booked for 3 or more nights using the promo code. Guests will be able to book their rooms from the time the promo code is active all the way until around 60 days before the wedding.

•Rates and Promo Code are only valid with a minimum stay of 3 nights per room.

• The promo code is not applicable on the “Non- Refundable Rate” option.

Cancellation

•For cancellations of direct bookings (Promo-code) received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.

You will need a valid passport to travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.

Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months from your travel date. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date before the takeoff day. If your passport does expire within six months of your visit, you must renew your passport. When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Search for the best deals on any reputable airline.

If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the resort amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities, etc. Pack a small bag (carry-on bag) with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

We also suggest having your wedding attire be one of your carry-on just in case a mishap happens with your luggage.
