There are ATM's available too however I would suggest trying to exchange at the bank instead because I don't know how well the ATM's stay up to date with current conversion amounts. But we've used both with no issues!
Most people/workers speak English!
The country language is Montenegrin, however most people also speak Albanian as it's populated by mostly Albanians.

Cash and Cards are both accepted at all establishments.
*Cards will charge you for the foreign exchange rate adjustment, mine shows up as a separate charge after the initial payment.
Tips are not required nor do they go by percentages there.
However, they're obviously appreciated if you do decide to tip and we always go off of the service :)
Most everyone here uses Viber or Whatsapp to call/text, they're very simple to download and use.
Most cellphone plans offer an overseas temporary plan, but there are other options.
They offer prepaid sim cards if your phone is unlocked and can use them.
They also have free Wi-Fi everywhere. If you turn on your airplane mode to keep the data off, and then turn on your Wi-Fi calling, you can use your phone as you normally would while connected to any internet.
Another option they have is personal mobile Wi-Fi boxes, you buy the box and then prepay for the internet. You can connect any devices you want, as long as it's charged you have Wi-Fi access.
