Do we need a passport?
Yes! Please make sure your passport expires 6 months beyond your travel dates. You do not need a passport to reserve your room.
Are there instructions for booking my room?
Please read and review the "Travel" tab thoroughly when booking your accommodations. The instructions will help you ensure you get our discounted rate, use our promo code to allow you to be a guest of our wedding, and ensure a refundable booking.
Which Airport should guest fly to?
Cancun International Airport (CUN).
It is located about 30 minutes from Finest Play Mujeres depending on traffic.
Will transportation be available from the Airport to the resort?
There is one free private round-trip airport/resort transportation per room reservation. You will schedule your own free private transfer. Tanisha does not handle this. Tanisha does advise you to do this 30 days before arrival using the Transportation instructions located in the Travel Tab. **Please see the TRAVEL TAB for more detailed Information**
When should we book our accommodations?
Although we have a promo code for a group rate, we do not have a room block. Booking is from live inventory, so book your room as soon as possible to ensure you get the room and dates that you want. Rooms sell out quickly! The booking window begins now and ends on April 2nd, 2025. Group rate travel dates are good from: 07/02/2025 to 07/09/2025.
Are children allowed?
Yes, the resort is family-friendly and offers discounted rates for children. Do not book in the adults only section if you are bringing children. Your room will not be honored and you will have to rebook subject to availability.
Which rooms are adult only and which allow children?
The standard rooms and finest club level rooms will allow children under the age of 18.
The excellence club level rooms are adult only rooms and will be located in the excellence club adult only section of the resort.
Can we bring additional guests to help with our children?
Our guest count is limited, and all parties that book with our promo code will count towards our guest count. We are more than happy to try to accommodate guest needs, but want to make sure our close friends & family are able to celebrate with us first. Please reach out to Jordan & Lerea directly to inquire about additional guests.
Is the resort all-inclusive?
Yes, this is an all-inclusive resort. All accommodation options are all-inclusive. While most things are included, there are paid options.
When should guest arrive and depart?
Our room promo code block is from 07/02/2025 - 07/09/2025. Guests should start to arrive between 07/02/2025 - 07/05/2025 to allow enough time to prepare for our wedding on July 6th, 2025. The resort requires that our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights. You may stay longer than 3 nights, just make sure you stay within our contracted promo code travel dates. Lerea & Jordan plan to provide entertainment the day before the wedding, on July 5th, 2025. Please contact Tanisha if you have further questions at tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com.
Can I stay at another resort?
We kindly ask that you do not book outside of the resort or group promo code. We don't want to risk that you won't be able to attend our wedding!
What are the cancellation options?
You will have up to 24 hours prior to travel to cancel your booking. We understand life happens, but please be mindful that last minute cancellations after the promo code expires can possibly severely impact our wedding planning, stay ,and events scheduled for the wedding.
How will we receive future communication?
Jordan & Lerea plan to update this website, create a private Facebook group, and a Whats App group chat with RSVP'd guests.
What can we expect to spend per night, per person?
Room rates are locked in between $252-$532 per night, per person for double occupancy. Please visit website for triple occupancy and child rate options.
