June 2019 - August 2020

Leslie and Logan lived approximately 220 miles apart- over 3 hours (if there wasn't traffic)- when they first got together. Corvallis, OR to Spanaway, WA.

Moving closer wasn't happening anytime soon either- Leslie was working on her Masters, while Logan didn't have feasible means to move at the time. They were both stuck in their respective cities.

Neither was 100% certain sure if the relationship was going to be worth it at first, but they wanted to try. So, the 3 plus hour trips began. Luckily, Leslie enjoyed taking the train from a nearby city up to Logan. While Logan himself just enjoyed driving.

To be frank, one person made the trip a lot more often. (It might have been Logan...) But they made it work.

Then March 2020 happened. Covid hit. And it became more complicated to see each other.

While the drive did get shorter between them as Leslie moved back to her home town- Beaverton, OR- and remotely continued her studies (temporarily), seeing each other was not encouraged. They both lived with others at this point and being around people not in your home wasn't encouraged.

August 2020 came- with minimal chances to see each other- so Leslie and Logan made a mutual choice. They moved in together back in Corvallis, OR while Leslie finished her studies.

They have been living together ever since. With only ups (and maybe the slightest of downs)
