If you need to fly into the area, we recommend flying into the Sea-Tac Airport. It will be a bit of a drive from there to the Ballard area of Seattle, but it will still be the easiest airport to land at.
A warning to all of our guests- there is not a lot of hotels or inn options that are specifically in the Ballard Neighborhood of Seattle Washington. There are hotels near Ballard and within easy driving distance- if you know where to stay. However, Air BnB style housing is the main availability that is within the true Ballard area.
Because of this, we are recommending hotels either north or directly east of the Venue, as this will help you avoid Downtown Seattle Traffic.

Days Inn by Wyndham Seattle North of Downtown
Not too far from the Venue. Just under 6 miles away and Northeast from the wedding location.
Prices are around 200 per night.
Comfort Inn & Suites Seattle North
The Comfort Inn Available in northern Seattle. Just under 7 miles from the venue
Prices for rooms are at about 120 per night
Nites Inn Motel
About 6 miles away from the venue and is a cheaper option. Same area of Seattle as the hotel listed above.
Prices are around 100 per night.
The options for lodging in Ballard specifically, meanwhile, are listed below
Ballard's sweet suites
Ballard Sweet Suites is essentially an in between of doing a hotel and an Air BNB rental. Renting a room here gives you a private one bed, one bath (plus kitchenette) apartment style room lodge within a townhouse. There is also a kitchen area, but you will have to share that with other people who may be potentially staying within the same 'town house' (with their own room and bathroom) as well.
It is an affordable option for the area and puts you right in Ballard. Parking is not great here, however. And arranging for stay here is reviewed as being 'complicated.'
Rated for about 100 a night, but there is a hidden service fees for cleaning + extras (45 dollars).
If you are willing to go through a hurdle or two, this seems to be amongst the most affordable and still safe options available
Ballard Inn
Ballard Inn puts you on the street of one of the main streets of the Ballard area. The rooms, however, are 4 to one shared bathrooms, save for the top floor of the place (with those rooms costing around an additional 100 dollars per night).
Prices for this Inn are about 180-280, depending on which floor you stay on.
Hotel Ballard
A beautiful, and incredibly expensive option. If you can afford to say here, you will probably enjoy yourself. We ae mostly listing this as an option as this is really the only true hotel option in Ballard itself.
Rooms go for around 350-500 a night depending on which room you stay in.
