While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Our ceremony is scheduled to start at 6:00pm and will last until our send off at 11:00pm. We ask that you be there NO LATER than 5:50pm.

There is a parking lot that has ample on-site complimentary parking for all guests with attendants. you. Our location is close to uptown, so there will be plenty of Ubers/Lyfts to transport those who choose to leave their cars at home. There is no overnight parking, so plan accordingly please!

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. We will have a variety of beer and wine. Tips for the bartenders are appreciated. There will also be a variety of non-alcoholic drinks on site as well. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY. We reserve the right to refuse to serve those who over indulge. And most importantly, drinking and driving is against the law. We want you to have fun and celebrate with us, but your safety is also most important.

The bride, groom, and our wedding party will be staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte City Center. The hotel is about 8 miles from the venue. There are plenty of hotels around the area, as well as Air BNBs. Please feel free to decide which best fits your need/budget. We have listed some discounted hotels near the venue on our travel tab of this website, including the one where we will be staying- you must use the link/code!

Yes! We have booked a space at VBGB Beer Garden in the Avid Exchange Music Factory. If you are in town and wish to join us, please do! More information can be found under the "Thursday Night Welcome Party" tab.
