We suggest booking a local cabin ASAP, which is closest to the venue versus a hotel (Refer to the cabin info tab). Keep in mind that cabins book fast in the summer. We will also be blocking rooms at a hotel approximately 15 - 20 minutes from the venue. We will provide this information in the official invitation.

Take PA State Route 36 to Cook Forest State Park located in Cooskburg, PA. Turn onto Forest Road from SR 36. This intersection is near the State Park Office. The Venue will be on your right in 3.6 miles. You will arrive shortly after passing the Forest Nook Restaurant on your left. Keep in mind that your GPS may try to take you past the location. I would stay on SR 36 until you get to the intersection of Forest Rd and SR 36.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

There is a parking lot right on site with handicap accessible spots.

The ceremony will be outside at 3:30. If it rains, the ceremony will be held under the wooden pavilion next to the reception hall.

We will be having a buffet style dinner served at approximately 6PM with meat and vegetarian options available. Please note in your invitation any dietary restrictions.

We apologize but this is an adult only event. We have made a few exceptions for close family who will be notified specifically. We have limited space given the venue capacity.

Yes, we will have an open bar.

PLEASE do not use flash photography during the ceremony. We know you're excited to capture the moment but multiple flashes can ruin the quality of professional photos. We will be more than happy to share our photos with you from our amazing photographers.
