Both digital and physical RSVPs will be accepted. You can RSVP on the website once available or send in the physical card that comes along with the invitation. We ask that all RSVPs be sent in by March 8th.

"Plus ones," are not permitted at the wedding. This is an invite only wedding.

We recommend Charlotte International Airport.

*UPDATE 1/21/25* No transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue. In addition we ask that attendees please consider to carpool due to the limited parking availability.

The on-site parking lot can hold a total of 50 cars. Please carpool if possible. Do note that the venue is located on a hill, low riding cars may not make it uphill.

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors with an indoor reception following. If weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony, then both will be indoors.

We suggest formal attire to be worn for the occasion. Ladies can opt for a floor length gown or formal cocktail dress. The venue’s location may feel cooler then normal due to higher elevation both during the day and night. Please be sure to prepare and dress accordingly.

The taking of and posting of photos is strongly discouraged during the ceremony. We will have photographers on-site taking plenty of pictures at the event.

We are currently figuring out the zoom set up and will update the website with the code details once closer to the wedding date.

*Updated 4/4/25* We ask that guests plan to begin arriving no earlier than 3pm to begin seating. This will greatly help us to handle group wedding photos without disrupting its organization.
