Are kids allowed to attend this wedding?
Of course! We encourage you to bring the kiddos along with you to help celebrate and enjoy the day. There will be plenty to eat, including lots of sweets and fun games to keep the little one's entertained. Please include the number of kids that will be in your party when you RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
No, there will be beer and wine available for the first 2 hours of the cocktail reception. After this time frame it will be a cash only bar. There will be a choice of red or white wine served alongside with dinner. For hard liquors or cocktails this will be cash only throughout the event.
Do I need to bring a gift?
No, we are so grateful to simply have you be apart of our big day. We are so happy to have you come visit Colorado, we can't wait to see you there! If you would like to send us anything you are more then welcome to help us by donating to our Honeymoon or First Home Fund.
What is the dress code?
We are asking that everyone comes in formal wear, meaning no jeans or t-shirts. It will get chilly as the night goes on here in Colorado so we recommend bringing a warm jacket for later.
Which airport should I fly into? How far is it from the Venue?
We recommend flying into the Denver International Airport (DIA). Frontier airlines is the most frequently used if coming from the East Coast. United is the most frequently used if coming from the West Coast. The wedding venue is 1 hour from the airport with traffic included.
What time should I arrive at the Wedding Venue?
The Ceremony will be at 5pm October 8th 2024. We highly recommend arriving at the venue at 4:30pm. This will ensure that you have time to park your vehicle, find your seat, use the restroom if needed and say hello to everyone before the ceremony begins.
Will there be free parking on site?
Yes, there is free parking at the wedding venue with plenty of space for your vehicle.
What will the color scheme be for the wedding? What colors should I wear?
The color scheme for the wedding will be "Think Fall". Lots of deep oranges, forest greens, and rich brown colors. We want to match the season around us as the leaves change and begin to fall for the season. We do ask out of respect for the bride that no one wears white to this wedding.
When do I need to confirm my RSVP?
We kindly ask that you confirm your rsvp with us by August 1st 2024. Sadly if you have not confirmed by then that you will be able to make it to Colorado for the wedding, we will unfortunately no longer have a space available for you to come.
Will this Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?
While the Ceremony will take place outdoors, the main portion of the wedding will be indoors. There will be a fireplace inside to stay warm and plenty of heaters to keep you cozy.
