This local street mall in Boulder Colorado has dozens of family owned shops. The strip is filled with plenty of places to eat and shop.
Nederland is a small mountain town located 13 minutes from the wedding venue. It is a very small friendly town with a great coffee shop called New Moon. There is a large Nepali buffet open for lunch and dinner. This town is know for it's hippie vibes and views of the mountains near by.
Located in Corwina Park altitude of 6,715'; these trails are easy to access in your car. Bear Creek Trail is a longer hike of 10.2 miles, while Panorama Trail is only 8.5 miles. If you are not a fan of hiking you can still see the wonderful viewpoint from the picnic area, easily accessible by car. The park pass is $10 for 24 hour access. This viewpoint is 40 minutes from the wedding venue.
South Boulder Peak is Boulder's highest and least traveled summit at 8,549 feet. The summit is rocky and requires some scrambling, but the views at the top are well worth it. This peak is accessed by connecting the Mesa Trail with Shadow Canyon that places you at the saddle between South Boulder Peak and Bear Peak. This trail journey showcases many different landscapes, including gentle prairie, dense wet forest and a burn zone.
This hike is for the more advance and avid hikers, but if you are up for the challenge the views from the top of this peak are incredible

This is a great small family owned El Salvadorian restaurant. All the tortillas and pupusas are made from scratch. We recommend the chicharron con queso pupusas and queso con loroco

This Vietnamese Restaurant has great dim sum and a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes.
This Hot Pot Restaurant is know for their all you can eat conveyor belt Hot Pot for Lunch (11am to 3pm) $27 per person, Dinner (3pm to 9pm) $29.95. For all you can eat Korean BBQ and Hot pot combo it is $38.95 per person. The quality of meat is about an 8/10 we don't recommend the seafood options as the quality is low here in Denver. This a great fun experience if you are looking for something unique to do in the area.
Eldorado Canyon State Park is well known for its large canyons that may use for rock climbing and ice climbing in the winter time. The entrance fee is only $10 for 24 hour access. There are many wonderful large hiking trails. During October there will be great views of the mountains and overlook of the area.

If you also want a chance to see some of the local wildlife there are many mountain goats that love to spend time in this area during the summer/ late fall.
Want to see all of Colorado from the best view point around, this would be the place. With a cute family owned shop at the top with great hot chocolate and snacks. This viewpoint is a great place to overlook all of the area and capture some fantastic photos.
