Lexi B's ride-or-die since that one fortuitous 5:30 a.m. cross country run at the Lake of the Ozarks in high school. Kenz is the reason Lexi moved to Colorado, as a CSU alum, their visits showed CO's beauty and love of outdoor culture! (They've tried to not let the Buff-Ram rivalry get between Kenz and Dave, mostly successfully!).

David and Andrew met when Andrew was born. They are brothers :)

Yet another running connection! Ashley and Lexi B were hallmates their freshman year at Drury University, and roommates afterwards! They ran into each other in the hall and Spanish class and discovered that they both like to run, a few runs later, the rest is history!

David and Ben have been friends since 7th grade when they both moved to Evergreen. Throughout the years they've been on countless band and fishing trips, and bonded over hours (more like months) of video games and listening to public radio.

You guessed it - yet ANOTHER running connection! Michelle posted on the incoming University of Michigan Facebook page for grad school, "Anyone interested in running a marathon with me?" and of course Lexi said yes! Countless stir-fry study dates, bonfires, and one 26.2 mi run to Canada really cements a friendship!

Chan and David met in high school band and mostly played Pokémon and ate cereal. After high school they ended up being roommates for three years of college at CU Boulder, keeping each other mostly out of trouble.

Lexi and Jack were fast friends and roommates together as caretakers of the Nichols Arboretum at the University of Michigan. They've shared many miles hiking and shared beers around a bonfire talking about how cools trees are and what jobs they can get to save more trees (and have been co-workers at 2 of those jobs in 2 different states!).

Izzy loves food in a stick shape, dogs, and all other animals!
