Corey and Lexi met in Sacramento, California, (where Corey lived) in late January of 2018 at the after party of the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) event. Corey immediately caught Lexi's attention but, being too shy to approach him herself, she was excited when he eventually approached her to chat. Corey planned their first date shortly thereafter. Lexi lived and worked 2 hours outside of Sacramento in a town called Kelseyville, so they took turns commuting every other weekend to see each other for the first year of their relationship. In the summer of 2019, shortly after returning from their first vacation together in Hawaii, they decided to move to Montana (Lexi's home state) and rent their first apartment together. Corey proposed to Lexi the following summer of 2020 at her grandparent's house in Boyd, Montana (she said yes, obviously). Through life's ups and downs, they have grown together, faced life's challenges together, and supported each others dreams and aspirations. Now, as they embark on this new chapter, they are filled with gratitude for the love that has brought them to this beautiful moment.
