Yes, dinner and dessert will be provided for those who RSVP (in order to get an accurate plate count). Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences so that we can provide accommodations to the best of our ability.

There will be a full bar. Each person 21 years of age or older will receive at least one drink ticket on us. The tickets cover a variety of beer, wines, and liquor for shots or cocktails. After that, it is a cash bar only. The hotel venue has an ATM if needed. There will also be non-alcoholic options including water and soda.

Feel free to wear whatever you want! We encourage semi-formal attire but we also want our guests to be comfortable. Bring your dancing shoes!!

Let them know that you are a part of the Fredericks/Wagner wedding reception party for the discounted rate. Rooms must be confirmed by 8/10/24 to qualify for the discounted rate. You have up to 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival to cancel for a full refund. You can also ask the hotel for a shuttle from the airport if needed.

There are bathrooms right outside of the ballroom where the reception will be held. There is a restaurant and bar on site (the reception will have its own food and drink Saturday night). Each hotel room has a mini fridge and air conditioning. They also have a fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub. Pets are welcome (call or visit their website for details on their pet policy). Late August / early September in Helena is usually still warm, with average temperatures being in the high 70's. Temperatures do cool down at night though, averaging in the mid to high 40's so bring some warmer clothing to wear in the evenings.

If you're flying in for this occasion, you will fly into the Helena Regional Airport which is 3.6 miles from the hotel (approximately a 7 minute drive). For transportation you can utilize Uber, Lyft, a rental car, or a shuttle from the hotel. You can also contact us to see if we are available to give you a ride :)

The hotel is approximately 2 miles from downtown restaurants and shopping. There are several grocery stores within 3 miles of the hotel (Albertsons, Safeway, Walmart). It is also close to Prospect Ave which contains several fast food restaurants and coffee shops. Most places, even on the other side of town, will be within a 10 minute drive (traffic is mild here!).

This will be much like a traditional wedding reception. As guests arrive, they can grab a beer, some wine, or a nice cocktail as they wait for the grand entrance of the bride and groom. We will have other traditional customs as well such as toasts, dances (e.g. dollar dance, first dance, etc.), bouquet toss and more. And lots of dancing! We can't wait to experience it all with you!!
