Our Engagement Story
I was completely caught off guard when Brandon proposed—it was a moment I'll never forget. Despite his jokes about never traveling with anything so expensive, and convincing my mom to hide everything (she is not typically the best at that) he managed to surprise me in the most breathtaking way possible.
The setting couldn't have been more perfect—a scenic spot in Alaska. Little did I know, a hidden photographer was capturing every moment, adding to the magic of the day.
As we were walking, I noticed a phone set up on a tree and thought we were interrupting someone's time-lapse. Turning around, I found Brandon on one knee, and my disbelief turned to overwhelming joy. His earlier playful "fake" proposals had me questioning if this one was real. So my response was me saying "are you kidding me??" over and over again! Which really is symbolic of us.
Our engagement story was not just a step towards marriage; it's a reflection of our relationship—full of surprises, laughter, and genuine love. I can't wait to embark on this next chapter of our lives together.
