What should we wear to the wedding?
Our wedding will take place outdoors by a lake in Florida in early October, so we want everyone to feel comfortable,
stylish, and weather-appropriate.
We kindly request elevated casual or garden party attire — think dressy but relaxed. It's not black tie or cocktail, but nicer than everyday clothes. For inspiration, Google "Dressy Casual"
Our bridal party colors are dusty blue and navy.
👗 For Women:
Flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts and blouses are perfect. Light fabrics like chiffon or linen work great in the Florida warmth. Feel free to have fun with colors, prints, or florals — just avoid white or anything overly formal (like gowns).
Examples:
A midi floral wrap dress with wedges or sandals
A colorful maxi dress with statement earrings
A flowy jumpsuit in a soft fabric
A dressy blouse with a midi skirt and sandals
Extra Tips:
Bring a light shawl or wrap in case it gets breezy near the lake
Heels are okay, but flats or block heels are great for grass

👔 For Men:
We recommend lightweight slacks or chinos with a button-down shirt or polo. Jackets and ties are totally optional — we want you to stay cool and comfortable.
Examples:
Khaki pants with a crisp white or light blue button-down
Navy chinos with a patterned short-sleeve button-up
A linen shirt tucked into dress pants
Loafers, dress shoes, or clean sneakers are all fine!
Tips:
Skip the full suit — it’s Florida in October!
Linen and breathable cotton are your best friends

Even though my wedding is not in the summer, it is still Florida! Instead of profusely sweating, I invite you to dress comfortably. Floral dresses for ladies. Men can wear button up shirts without a tie.

Adults only please! We love your kids but thought you might like the night off!
When should I plan to arrive in Orlando?
The wedding is taking place on a Saturday to avoid utilizing too much of your hard earned time off. The hotel block is from Friday to Sunday night. We suggest arriving in Orlando Friday night and flying home Sunday. Of course, you could always extend your trip and enjoy our great state!
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will be missed! We understand that everyones situation is different and we will not be upset if you are unable to attend! If you are unable to make it, please RSVP ASAP so we can plan accordingly.
Can I take photos and video during the ceremony ?
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us. You can view our photographer's beautiful work. Photos and videos are welcome during the reception!
Can I bring an additional guest?
We're so excited to have you join us on our big day! To keep our guest count intimate and meet venue guidelines, we have to keep plus ones to a minimum. We ask that you kindly abide by the designated number of RSVP's on your invitation.
How should I get to the Venue?
We recommend taking an Uber if you are traveling from out of town. There are tons of Ubers in the area that are pretty affordable.
