FAQ's

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We kindly request that all guests arrive before the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony starts, the doors will be closed to prevent any disruptions, and they will remain locked until cocktail hour begins. If you plan to join us for the reception and dinner, please make sure to arrive around the start of cocktail hour. This will help us avoid interruptions during crucial moments such as dinner, speeches, and dances, and will also allow us the opportunity to personally greet each of you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a seamless and memorable experience for all.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, while the cocktail hour will be held outdoors. To keep you comfortable, we’ll have outdoor heaters in the cocktail area. The ceremony and reception are conveniently located in the same building, with the cocktail area just a few steps outside. We recommend dressing warmly in case of chilly weather and wearing comfortable shoes so you’re ready to dance the night away!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Parking is available on-site at the wedding venue. A large parking lot is located directly in front of the venue, though please note there are stairs leading from the parking lot to the main doors. The drop-off lane is designated for drop-offs only and is intended for those with disabilities, difficulty walking, or strollers. Please avoid parking in the drop-off lane, as vehicles will be towed. Accessible parking spots are available on the left side of the building, near the ceremony entrance.

Do you have a wedding registry?

As we’ve been living together for a few years now, we’re fortunate to have all the household items we need. Instead of a traditional registry, we are graciously accepting contributions towards our honeymoon fund. While your presence and support are the greatest gifts to us, if you would like to give a gift, we would be deeply appreciative of any monetary donations. These funds will be strictly dedicated to making our honeymoon trip unforgettable. You can find details on how to contribute both at the wedding and on this website. Thank you for your generosity and for helping us celebrate our love!

Can I bring a guest or date?

Our guest list was carefully curated to include our closest friends and family, and we’re unfortunately only able to accommodate those who were formally invited on the wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your support in celebrating with us. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.

Are kids welcome?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited to attend the wedding. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself. Cheers!

Are there any special traditions that will be incorporated into the ceremony?

Yes! We will be incorporating a fun and interactive tradition known as the Dollar Dance during the reception. This tradition invites family and friends to take a turn dancing with either the bride or the groom (or both!) in exchange for a dollar—or more, if you're feeling generous! It's a great way to celebrate our love while allowing our guests to share a special moment with us. Just bring some cash, and get ready to hit the dance floor for some memorable spins and twirls. We can’t wait to dance the night away with all of you!

Is there a dress code or theme for guests?

Yes! Our wedding is a black-tie event, and we kindly ask all guests to dress up in formal attire to celebrate this special occasion with us. We also have a specific color request: please avoid wearing shades of blue or champagne/gold, as we’d like these colors to be reserved for our wedding party and immediate family to stand out. Thank you so much for honoring our vision—we can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Unplugged Ceremony Request

To ensure the best experience for everyone and to avoid distractions during the ceremony, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away. We’ve asked our professional photographers to capture all the special moments, and we’d love for you to be fully present without any distractions or interruptions. Thank you for respecting our wishes and helping us keep the ceremony focused and meaningful.
