1. What are the closest airports and best ways to get there?

We're getting married in Clanezzo, in the province of Bergamo.

The closest airport is Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) – just a 15-minute taxi or bus ride into the centre of Bergamo. Another good option is Milan Malpensa (MXP) – from there, it’s about a 1.5-hour drive or 2.5 hours by train (via Milan Centrale to Bergamo).

On the wedding day, Clanezzo is about a 25-minute drive from Bergamo city centre.

2. Is there a hotel block arranged for guests? How do I book? By when?

Yes! We’ve block-reserved rooms at Hotel Settecento, just outside Bergamo (approx. 15 min from Bergamo city centre, 20 min to the wedding venue).

If you'd like to stay there, follow the instructions in the 'Book Your Hotel Stay!' section of our website and use our voucher to book directly with the hotel at a discounted rate.

Room rates: single room euro 70 / double room euro 100 / triple room euro 125 per night. Note that these will fill on a first come first served basis until the hotel runs out of rooms.



3. Is transportation provided, or do I need to rent a car?

We’ll provide a shuttle to and from Hotel Settecento on the Wedding Day, so you don’t have to worry about driving after the party. If you're staying elsewhere, you may want to arrange your own transport.

We would however advise renting a car if you plan to enjoy the region for a few days before/after, or if you prefer a bit of flexibility – we will be doing that!

4. Can I stay elsewhere if I prefer?

Of course! If you don’t RSVP for the hotel block, you’re welcome to find your own accommodation nearby. There are other options available in Clanezzo and in Bergamo.
