Kyle and Lianna met sophomore year while attending Northeastern University

They remained friends through college, graduating May of 2018, and were roommates for 1 year

After college, they grew very close. Some people asked if they had feelings for each other, but the answer was always, "no, we are just good friends"

Kyle was always the go-to plus one to any work event, leading to more questions of if they were dating, but of course they were not

Still not dating..... but they spent most weekends together. Lianna even agreed to go on several hikes with Kyle (which she did not enjoy). At this point, everyone was struggling to believe they had no feelings for each other.

FINALLY, they admitted to everyone, and themselves, that they did in fact have feelings for each other

and never looked back

7 years of friendship, and 2.5 years after dating, Kyle proposed at the Virgin Islands
