Timing: All guests should plan to arrive at Black Swan Country Club by 3:15pm on Saturday, Oct 5th. The wedding ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking onsite for those who will be driving.

Provided transportation (hotel to venue): There will be a 45-person shuttle running between our hotel and venue. The shuttle leaves the hotel at 2:05pm and 2:55pm. If the shuttle is full, guests will need to find other accommodations (Uber, Lyft, or drive). If you elect to take the 2:05pm shuttle, you will arrive at the venue around 2:30pm, about an hour ahead of the ceremony start time. There is a restaurant and bar attached to the venue, or you can wait in the lobby area until start time.

Provided transportation (venue to hotel): There will be an early departure shuttle at 8:15pm. After the reception ends at 9:00pm, the shuttle will leave once it is full. If the shuttle is full, guests will need to find other accommodations (Uber, Lyft, or drive).
