Yes! Cape Cod is especially busy in the summertime. This means that the sooner you can book your hotels for Saturday June 29 and Sunday June 30, the better. Please click the ACCOMMODATIONS tab to access several convenient lodging choices. Airbnb is also a fantastic option on the Cape, but you should act quickly in order to have the best selection! Also, some lodging options require a 3-night minimum, but we encourage you to come early or stay later to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and the number of fantastic things to do on Cape Cod.
How do I get to Harwich, Massachusetts?
The best way to access Cape Cod is via Boston. Once there, you can drive or take a public bus approximately 85 miles to the Harwich/Chatham area, which is where the wedding will take place.
How can I RSVP?
Please click the RSVP tab on this website and follow the prompts. Alternatively, your formal invitation includes a QR code which you can scan using the Camera app on your phone. Once you do, please click the link which appears and you'll be prompted to enter your name to RSVP for all members of your party.
How will I get from my hotel to the Wedding?
On the day of the Wedding, shuttles are available to transport guests to and from the hotels listed on the Accommodations tab, along with some other locations. Please click the TRANSPORTATION tab for details. You can also drive to Wequassett and use their parking lot. Uber and other ride-sharing apps are not always reliably prompt in this area and guests are encouraged to plan ahead.
I have a car, but where will I park?
The venues for both the Welcome Party (Viera on Main in Chatham) and the Wedding (Wequassett Resort in Harwich) have large parking lots available for your use.
Can I bring my kids?
Only the guests listed on the Save-the-Dates and the formal invitations are invited to the Welcome Party and the Wedding, but if you can arrange for babysitting services during those times, you're welcome to bring along your kids for the weekend.
What should I wear?
Plan on sporting cocktail attire for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding. The weather on the Cape in June can be incredibly beautiful, but sometimes unpredictable. Please bring layers and also take note that the ceremony itself will be outdoors on a lawn.
What should I do if I checked my preferred hotel's website and it said that there were no rooms available during the dates of your wedding weekend?
Please call the hotel and speak to them about availability on the phone rather than rely on their online reservation system. There is a Rosenfield-Price Wedding room block at both the Wequassett Resort and A Little Inn on Pleasant Bay. Please mention our wedding when you make your reservations.
