Pittsburgh and Dulles are the two closest main airports (2.5-3 Hrs ) there is also North Central West Virginia Airport (1.5 Hours) . You will need a rental car to get to the venue, please reach out and we may be able to figure out a carpool with someone else flying in! :)

Head lamp or flashlight, water bottle, pillow, blanket/sleeping bag, shower shoes, toiletries, warm layers, umbrella/ raincoat, snacks.

Cell service is spotty in a lot of West Virginia, just look at directions ahead of time. No service at the venue.

Everything will be about a 20 minute drive. In Parsons, WV our favorites are Piccolo Paula's , Sunrise Coffee Company and B&Js Diner. In Thomas/ Davis, WV we love Happy & More Bakery, Tie One On, Big Belly Deli, Elender's, Milo's and Tip Top Coffee Shop.

Blackwater Falls State Park is free and has trails from easy to challenging with beautiful waterfalls and overlooks. Check out the falls, Pendelton Point and Lindy Point. About 25 minutes from Horseshoe.

There is a grocery store, gas station and dollar general in both Parsons and Davis. About 20 minutes from the venue.

The YLA Camp Horseshoe and Horseshoe Run Recreation Area and Campground are located 1/2 mile down the road from each other. There is a trail that follows the creek connecting the two. Both Areas will be reserved Friday-Monday. *YLA Camp: Rehearsal dinner, Group Cabins, Bath House, Dispersed Camping. *Horseshoe Campground: Wedding, Reception, Camping spots with picnic tables and fire rings, RV electric hookups, Restrooms and a Water spigot
