Group cabins and camping are avaiable at YLA Camp Horseshoe. (There is also camping available at Horseshoe Recreation Area and Campground). Group cabins sleep 24, two wings that sleep 12. We will leave the top bunks open and not sleep more than 8 per side.
There are twin beds that will have sheets and blankets provided. You will be responsible for bringing your own pillow and may want to bring an extra blanket/ sleeping bag. There are bath houses that are a short walk from the cabins. These cabins will be available for your stay Friday-Monday. You are welcome to choose who you bunk with, and we will try to put family/ friends together.
Dispersed Camping at this site is available, you will be responsible for bringing all your own gear.
We will be having the rehearsal dinner/ Friday hangout at this location! It's an easy 10 minute walk or .5 mile drive to Horseshoe Recreation Area and Campground where the ceremony and reception will be held on Saturday. These cabins do not have heat or AC, but do have power and outlets.
Horseshoe Recreation Area and Campground is available Friday- Monday. This is a traditional style campground with picnic tables, a flat area for a tent, power for RV's and toilets. This area does not have a shower, but you are welcome to come over to the YLA camp and use the showers there.
The ceremony and reception will be held here! It's a .5 mile drive or 10 minute walk to the YLA camp. The campground is closed this time of the year so we will have private access for the weekend and you are welcome to stay in any spot.
