Cocktail / formal optional - whatever you feel your best in! It's usually quite warm while the sun is out, and chilly at night, so bring a warm layer as well.

Both will take place in the same area, but the reception will be in a pavilion with a roof whereas the ceremony will be under the open sky.

Only the wedding party and parents will attend the Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner. The Friday night Welcome Party and Sunday Brunch will be open to all guests, and we encourage everyone to attend!

Food and drinks will be served at the Wedding, Welcome Party, and Sunday Brunch.

We are blessed with a big family and community of friends, and it's important to us that our full capacity is used for adults so we can have as many of our close ones there as possible. As a result, the only children that we can accommodate are infants and those specifically named on invitations. However, if this is stopping you from coming, please reach out to us directly ◡̈

If your invitation lists your name "and guest", you're invited to bring a guest! We ask that our invited guests only bring a significant other or life partner as their own guest rather than a friend. Again, we are lucky to have more people we want to invite than seats available, so if a plus one spot is available we would like to use it for our own guests. If this is stopping you from attending, though - reach out to us directly!

For physical gifts, we would love for it to be shipped to us at home (see registry for more details). If you have an idea for something that's not on our registry you are so welcome to follow your heart! Also - scroll down to the bottom of the registry - there are additional non-The Knot registries listed there.

You can definitely take photos of the bride and groom along the aisle before and after the vows. We would love if you could put your phones away during the vows to make sure photography and videography isn't interrupted.

We will provide transportation to and from Meadow Lake for the welcome party from both Home2 Suites and Paddle Ridge. We will also provide transportation to and from Paddle Ridge on the day of the wedding, with an early departure time as well as a later one if you want to keep the party going. Transportation will not be provided to the farewell brunch at Meadow Lake, but we welcome you to join us via your own transportation if you have time to send us off.
