Q + A

What should I pack?

July one of the warmest months of the year in San Diego so bring shorts, T-shirts and definitely a swimsuit. The evenings can get a little chilly so bring a sweater or jacket. It would also be a good idea to bring things like a towel and sunscreen.

What will the weather be like?

It is going to be hot but breezy during the day and will cool off in the evening.

When should we arrive before the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 4pm, so pleas plan on arriving about 30 minutes before. There will be a short walk from the parking lot to the venue so that should be considered. There will be a shuttle to help anyone from the parking lot to the venue that needs it.

What should I wear for each event?

The rehearsal dinner will be casual so a nice shirt or sundress would be great. The wedding is semi-formal so a mid-length dress and sports coats would be great. If you want to wear a fun/bright color, please do! For the beach day, a swimsuit of course:) And the morning run and brunch will be exercise clothes or something comfortable to walk in.

Should I bring anything to the beach?

Sunscreen, a hat and a towel may be a good idea. We will also have some shaded areas to take a break from the sun.

Where should I park for each event?

There will be plenty of parking for everyone. We will have signage to make it clear exactly where to park.

Do we have to go to the weekend activities?

No, however, we would love to spend as much time with everyone as possible. This is the reason for the post wedding activities/events. We want to create a vacation feel for all of our guests, this is the reason fo the additional get togethers.

What colors would you like us to wear if we choose to wear fun colors?

It is up to you. The wedding party will be wearing blue, yellow, mint and burgundy. So, pick whatever you feel comfortable.

Will there be food provided at the beach?

No, however it is a short walk up to the 101. There is pizza, tacos, sushi and many other options if anyone gets hungry.

What is the parking like at the beach?

There is a parking lot, if it is full there is also parking in the neighborhoods.
