The simplest option if you're flying into LGA is to either rent a car or take an Uber directly to the Bridgeport area. Alternatively, you can take an Uber/taxi to the Harlem 125th St. station and then the Metro North commuter rail service to the Fairfield-Black Rock station. These trains run about every 30 minutes and it takes about an hour and a half. The tickets cost $11.50 for off peak travel.

If you want to take public transport to Grand Central, your best option is to take the JFK Airtrain to Jamaica Station and then the E train to Court Sq-23 St and transfer to the 7 train and take it three stops to Grand Central. Please note that the air train has its own fee.

If you're flying into either of the regional airports, New Haven or Westchester, there is no easy public transport option. Your best bet is to take a taxi or rent a car to get to the Bridgeport area.

If you're traveling from somewhere along the northeast corridor then taking the Amtrak directly to the Bridgeport station is a great option. And if you live in New York City then the Metro North commuter rail service is an easy and affordable option to get to Bridgeport.

Friday's Welcome Drinks will be indoors at a brewery-type setting. The ceremony will be indoors at St. Thomas Aquinas church. Weather permitting, the Wedding Day Reception will be indoors/outdoors.
