The facility does not allow any alcohol on the premises. Please refrain from bringing alcohol to the event. There will be mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages available.

The botanical gardens have a large parking area for guests to use at no charge.

Yes. While the doors to the orangerie are not automatic, they are wide enough for a wheelchair when held open.

Please specify your restrictions/allergies when you RSVP. We will be serving gluten free options, but will do our best to accommodate any other needs. *Vegetarians be aware: despite our event occurring in a garden, we will not be allowed to consume the decorations.*

The facility does not allow anyone associated with events to enter the grand conservatory, or congregate in areas that have not been rented. We will have the Orangerie and the connected Solar Patio reserved for our private event. We are welcome to use the restrooms. However, the facility will be open to the public during our event.

No, smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the grounds.

Invitations and RSVPs will be specific and will include the names of the children invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourselves!
