• Please arrive by 4:30pm if attending ceremony. We will be starting the ceremony at 5 pm and will be closing the doors at 4:50pm.

• To help us capture the most beautiful memories — and keep them free of distractions — we kindly ask that all phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony.
This will allow our videographer and photographer to do their best work and let everyone be fully present. We promise to share all photos and videos with you once they’re ready!

• For all bottles and cans for alcoholic beverages, we ask that they all get disposed of in the designated area. To be announced on the day of the event.

• Please remain seated. We ask that everyone stays seated throughout the ceremony so the view is clear for all and the cameras.
