Our ceremony and reception are being held at Woodhaven Weddings + Events. 26155 Nicolai Ave, Cannon Falls, MN 55009

We would love to see everyone dressed up with us! We ask that you wear all black cocktail attire. Options for women can be a long or short black dress. Options for men can be a full black suit or dress pants with a dress shirt and tie (dress shirts can be black or white).

If you are able to rsvp when you get your invite that would be great! But the last day to rsvp is July 8th, 2024. If we do not get an answer by this date, you will be marked down as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you, however, we need to provide a final guest count to our vendors in a timely manner. So, we will not be able to accept late rsvp's. We hope you understand!

Although we love your kiddos, we are having a kid free wedding with the exception of some very close relatives/friends. We ask that you take the night off as a parent and enjoy some much needed time to yourselves!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who are listed with your name on the rsvp within our website. If you are given a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you rsvp. Thank you for understanding!

Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. We ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to ensure everyone will be seated by the start of the ceremony. Those who arrive late will unfortunately not be able to join us for the ceremony, but will be able to come in for cocktail hour.

As most of you know, Minnesota weather can be very unpredictable. In past years, early August days are around 80-90 degrees. Although it may be hot, both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors. There is a patio for everyone to chat and hang-out on during cocktail hour if weather permits.

We ask that you keep phones off and away during the ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer to capture all of our special moments. You are more than welcome to bring out your phones to snap photos during the cocktail hour and reception.

We have hired some amazing caterers for the evening. During cocktail hour there will be drinks and snacks for you to have while catching up with friends/family. For dinner, our caterers are bringing in a whole-roasted pig that has been roasting for the entire day. They will carve it for all of us at our reception. Along with this there will be buns for the pork sandwiches, many types of BBQ sauces, and a few different sides. There will be a gluten free and vegan option as well for those who need it. Dessert will be an assortment of yummy cupcakes from a local bakery!

Woodhaven has a large parking lot to accommodate everyone at the front of the building. If for some reason we need extra space, there is an overflow lot located in the back. Please keep in mind that there will be alcohol at our wedding. If you plan on drinking, we suggest having a designated driver or getting an Uber so everyone can get home safe!
