If you decide to fly into our wedding, we suggest you fly into Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). This is a Delta hub, so you shouldn't have any trouble arriving. The reception is roughly a 40-minute drive from the airport. The higher end hotels will be in downtown Detroit however, there are cost-effective hotels near the venue.
