When should I receive a wedding invitation?

Once you have filled out the RSVP, we will email you the invitation. Then, you will learn the rest of the details for our special day!

What time is the ceremony?

We will let you know very soon! Those who get invites will have the time stated for you to write down on your calendars.

When do I need to leave?

If you are in CST, you need to leave an hour sooner than expected. If you are in EST, you will leave at the normal time it takes for you to get to the venue. Plan accordingly!

What do I wear?

The attire is casual - formal wear. We encourage everyone to wear spring colors to the wedding so that it looks even better with you there!

When to RSVP by?

We would love for you to RSVP as soon as possible! The latest we would need RSVPs are roughly a month before the wedding day.

Is the wedding going to be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held in an outdoor, covered area. The reception will be indoors.

Will it be hot or cold and how should I dress accordingly?

The ceremony will take place in an outdoor covered location, so it may be breezy, though we can expect pleasant May weather. The reception will be held indoors, so you won't need to worry about that! In Tennessee during this time of year, temperatures typically range from 60 to 80 degrees, which should help you with your outfit choices.

Can I bring a plus one, two, or three to the wedding?

We tried to provide plus ones in advance to the best of our ability, but sometimes we forget! Let us know if you're allotted plus one was not shown on your invite.

Will there be food?

Yes! We will be having dinner provided with dessert to follow.

I have dietary restrictions, what should I do?

Answer on the RSVP form provided. You are also more than welcome to reach out to us with more questions!

Where do I give you the wedding gift?

We will have an area designated for gifts at the wedding. Also, we have provided an address to send it to on the registry as well.

I did not get an RSVP, what should I do?

Let us know, we make mistakes too! Reach out to us using the phone numbers provided below.

Is there an itinerary for the wedding?

Yes, there is! Once you arrive, you will know the order of events! Remember that Athens, TN is in a different time zone for some guests, check before you leave.

Can I take photos on my phone or personal camera?

Of course! Feel free to take some before and after the ceremony. We hired professionals to take photos during the ceremony so you don't have to! We will have a QR code at the venue to upload the photos you take for us.
