Lindsay's Perspective:

It all started in 2015 on a stormy NYC night. Lindsay was dragged out by friends and they wound up at (ratchet) Slate. Lindsay's worst nightmare: ending up in the game room in the basement.

While her friends played pool, Lindsay wandered off to a group of boys playing foosball. Looking for entertainment, she took the ball out of the foosball table and made fun of them for playing games in a club. As she walked away laughing with the ball, Mike followed and bought her a vodka pineapple, put his name in her phone as Foosball Mike (still is to this day), and the rest is history.

From Mike's Hoboken apartment and Lindsay's Brooklyn apartment, to Mike and Lindsay's two Upper East Side apartments, and finally to their beautiful apartment in Chicago, they are ready to enter the next chapter of their lives eating more doughnuts and pizza than ever, refining Mike's espresso martini making skills, and testing out every grocery store Chicago has to offer.

We can’t wait to show all of you our new life and city!!! We are so appreciative to be able to celebrate this special milestone with each and every one of you!

Mike's Perspective:

I couldn’t believe this broad. She just walks up and takes our foosball! The nerve of her. Here we are, a few dudes playing foosball at a club and this happens.

And what is that accent!? Staten Island… or is it Brooklyn? Wasn’t too sure, but man I loved it. Very Marisa Tomei from My Cousin Vinny or Karen from Goodfellas. There was this energy radiating from her, I couldn’t put my finger on it. I knew I had to explore more of this feeling.

First thing I bought my future wife was a pineapple vodka. Of course the next purchase, McDonald's, for Lindsay and her close friend later that night. It was a night I hoped would never end. I’m happy to say in many ways, it hasn’t. I still feel the very same feelings I did when we met 9 years ago.

I am looking forward to celebrating with you all and showing you our Chicago life. We are so grateful that you’re making this journey to celebrate us both!
