October 18th 2025 @ Turf Valley Resort --- 2700 Turf Valley Rd, Ellicott City, MD 21042 --- The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm in "The Garden" and we ask that guests arrive to find their seats between 4 - 4:15pm. The ceremony will be followed with a cocktail hour and reception on site.

1. Navigate to the "RSVP" tab in the menu bar. 2. Enter your First and Last name to find your invitation. 3. Follow the prompts to indicate your attendance and any dietary restrictions. Please note that we need a firm headcount for our caters and vendors, so unfortunately, if we don't receive your RSVP by the deadline, we'll have to assume you won't be attending. We appreciate your understanding as we finalize the details.

We have carefully curated our guest list to include our nearest and dearest. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your online RSVP when you search for your name.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be a 12+ event. The only younger children in attendance will be those who are a special part of our wedding ceremony.

As much as you will be truly missed, we understand circumstances change. Please contact Lindsey or Jacob as soon as possible. Please do not "no call no show" as we could invite people last minute to take your place so the plate doesn't go to waste.

To maintain the intimacy of our ceremony and allow our two fantastic photographers to do their best work, we request an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from using phones, cameras, or any other recording devices until after the ceremony has concluded. We promise to share the professional photos afterward!

Our wedding will be a Formal event. We're so excited to celebrate with you in style! Gentlemen: A tuxedo is welcome but entirely optional. A dark suit and tie would also be perfectly appropriate. Ladies: A floor-length evening gown, a formal cocktail dress (midi or tea-length), or a dressy pantsuit would be wonderful choices. We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or off-white attire to the wedding.

We are so excited to spend the day with all of you! Here's what you can expect. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm in "The Garden". While we finalize some pictures after our "I Do's", guests will move to the lobby of the Waterford Ballroom for cocktail hour from 5-6pm to enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner, Reception & Dancing will be in the Waterford Ballroom from 6-10pm. For those not ready for the night to end, we'll be heading to the hotel bar to continue the festivities!

Following our ceremony, please join us for a delightful cocktail hour from 5-6 pm. We'll be offering an assortment of delicious passed hors d'oeuvres and a selection of beverages to enjoy at the open bar. For the dinner reception, we will be serving a plated meal; First course: Caesar Salad. Main Course: Filet Mignon & Crab Cake with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. Dessert: Wedding Cake & Cupcakes. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please indicate them clearly in the designated section of your online RSVP. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for your meal.

We are so excited to share a wonderful meal with you. To make sure everyone is seated with their loved ones and receives their correct plated meal, we'll have assigned seating for the dinner reception. Upon your arrival, simply find your name on the seating chart, and we'll guide you to your table!

Yes! We want all our guests to celebrate safely and comfortably. If you're planning on partaking fully in the open bar and dancing the night away, or if you have a long journey home, we've secured a room block at Turf Valley resort. Please book your room as early as possible as the hotel is very popular and we only have so many rooms in the room block. Availability outside of that is very limited. Please see the "Travel" tab for details and the discount code. Please note that the cut off to reserve your room at the discounted rate is September 17th.

There is free on-site parking for all guests. For the closest parking to the ceremony site, the lot nearest the Turf Valley Conference Center would be best. I will upload a picture highlighting that parking lot and label where "The Garden" and the ballroom are.

While we're hoping for sunshine on our big day, we have a plan in place to ensure everything runs smoothly, come rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, our ceremony will be moved indoors to the Waterford Ballroom, where the reception will also be held. This means you'll simply head straight to the ballroom upon arrival. We'll keep you updated if there are any changes to the plan as the day approaches.
