In true millennial fashion, our paths originally crossed on a dating app. Dan will tell you I never responded to him, and I will tell you Dan never responded to me. Almost a year later, Dan popped up on my Facebook as a suggested friend. I knew it was the same guy because he used the same photos for every single social platform (Dan's not a big social media guy, if you know - you know).

I started doing some investigating and realized Dan and I had mutual friends... not only mutual friends, but close friends. I reached out to one of these mutual friends to try and put the dots together and realized Dan was best friends with her partner at the time. Weeks later, with a little help from our friends, Dan and I ended up at the same get together and hit it off.

We met in September 2020, in the thick of COVID, and couldn't go on an official first date. So, in true Lindsey and Dan fashion - we booked a trip to Leavenworth on week two of knowing each other and had our first official date there. Friends ended up joining us, a lot of wine was consumed, and we had the best weekend.

Four years later we will be tying the knot in the same town we had our first official date in. We can't wait for you to celebrate with us!
