There are roughly forty parking stalls at the venue, so please carpool if you can. Upon arrival you will see a parking lot immediately to your left for guest parking. We have rented a 50 person passenger bus to help guests get to and from the venue. If a spot has been saved for you on the bus, we will text you leading up to the wedding along with location details. For the way home, the shuttle will do two trips: one departing at 8:45PM, the other departing at 10:00PM.

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to find your seat and get acclimated.

We would love for our guests to join us in wearing their best winter wedding attire! Our bridal parties are wearing black, and any sort of jewel tones are very welcome (along with faux-fir if you're in to that). The ceremony will take place in an outdoor location (unless weather does not permit) so plan to wear appropriate shoes and bring something warm! We won't be outside for long, and will provide blankets. We will also be providing shoe baskets if you would like to change out of your snow shoes for the reception.

Leavenworth is a snowy little Bavarian town located in the mountains. Our winters in Washington are all over the place, and there could be a lot of snow and none at all. Please plan accordingly, and keep checking those weather apps!

We have hired a really great photographer to capture this special moment for us. Please put your phones away during the ceremony to ensure everyone is fully present. Feel free to take as many photos as you would like during the reception!

We will be providing a hosted beer and wine bar. Please note that our venue DOES NOT allow liquor - leave this in your hotel room. Please drink responsibly (and have fun!).

We are no longer able to accept RSVP's to our wedding. If you didn't get the chance to respond to our wedding invitation, we have assumed that you are unable to attend. We completely understand that schedules can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding as we finalize our plans.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation would have been made to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one was given to you.

We love you and we love your kiddos, but we respectfully cannot accommodate children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens.
