What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 8th so we have ample time to give our venue a final headcount.
What is the dress code?
For the welcome party, please wear western attire. See this Pinterest for inspiration: https://pin.it/2Iq5qme6A
For the wedding day, please wear cocktail attire. The ceremony will be in a meadow, so wedges or a thicker heel is recommended for the ladies. Think semi-formal, polished, and party-ready. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits work great. For men, suits or dress pants with a blazer and button-down shirt are perfect (ties optional but welcome!)
I'm coming from lower elevation - What should I expect?
The venue is at over 7,000 feet of elevation, and Glenwood Springs is around 5,500 feet. We suggest drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your trip. The sun is also more intense, so please travel with sunscreen and layers. Also, beware of how much alcohol you have. It will hit you harder at these elevations!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
There will be shuttles taking everyone to the ceremony. More information to come.
Can I bring a plus one?
We look forward to celebrating with our family and friends. However, we have a limited capacity, so we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invite.
