They say love finds you when you're not looking, and in our case, it walked into a CrossFit gym.

We started out as fast friends. For about a year, our friendship (and crushes) grew, full of shared laughter, inside jokes, and a natural connection. Eventually, those long talks and spontaneous hangouts turned into something more, and before we knew it, we realized we were each other's person.

Since then, we've been adventuring through life side by side. We've road-tripped to Oregon’s rugged coastlines, sipped wine in Napa Valley, wandered the trails of Yosemite, and soaked up the sunshine in Mexico and the energy of Vegas. But some of our favorite memories are much simpler, like quiet movie nights on the couch, eating Costco chicken tacos and cuddling with our dogs, Iris and Sansa.

We’ve been officially together since January 2024, and every day since has felt like a reminder that the best relationships start with friendship. We’re best friends, partners, teammates, and now, soon to be married.

As we step into this new chapter, we're also diving into another kind of adventure: fixing up our home together. Though the paint swatches and power tools are important, it’s more about building a space that reflects us. Where love, laughter, and the occasional clump of dog fur tumble across the floor.

And after the vows are said and the cake is cut, we’re off to chase sunsets and slow mornings across Europe. For a few unforgettable weeks, we’ll be soaking in history, romance and maybe a little too much gelato in Italy and Austria. Wandering cobblestone streets hand-in-hand, getting lost in charming neighborhoods, and writing the next chapter of our story one passport stamp at a time.
