From Boston and Points North:

Take I-95 South to Cape Cod. Travel over the Sagamore Bridge to Route 6; take Exit 2-Route 130. Proceed seven miles to Great Neck Road North to the Mashpee Rotary.*

From Providence, RI and Points South:

Take I-95 North to I-195 East to Cape Cod. Exit at Route 495 to Route 25 East to the Bourne Bridge. Travel over the Bourne Bridge to Route 28 South & exit at Route 151. Stay right at the bottom of the ramp and continue to the Mashpee Rotary. *

*From the Mashpee Rotary: Follow the rotary around to Great Neck Road South and continue for approximately three miles. The main entrance to New Seabury will be on the left.

From Falmouth Center:

Follow Route 28 S towards Mashpee for approximately 6 miles. The main entrance to New Seabury will be on the right.

Follow signs to Popponesset Marketplace, then keep going. The Inn is straight past the marketplace.
