Q + A

Will there be any other wedding events or festivities on the weekend of the wedding?

Absolutely! Everyone is invited to our "The Night Before" gathering to kick off the weekend! If you're in town, we would love to see you and welcome you to Cape Cod. Join us at The Flying Bridge Restaurant in Falmouth Harbor on Friday, October 25th, from 8-10 PM. We’ll have hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar available.

How do I select my meal for the wedding?

Meal selections are not included on the RSVP as we will be offering a buffet/station style dinner, which will offer a variety of options (including vegetarian and gluten free).

Are my children invited to the wedding?

We’ve collected the wedding RSVPs and noted which families will be bringing children. Please remember that there will be no designated play area during the reception, so parents must supervise their children at all times. For guests using the shuttle bus, please note that children under 5 are unfortunately not allowed to ride the bus. There will be an early departure option at 9:30 PM for those who wish to leave before the reception concludes. The next shuttle will depart at 11:00 PM. If you prefer more flexibility with your departure, we recommend arranging alternative transportation and informing Stacey that you won’t be using the bus. There is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Is transportation provided?

We have secured two shuttles (school "party" buses) to transport up to 90 guests to and from designated hotels in Falmouth. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate everyone. Two weeks before the wedding, we will share the bus schedule and list the guests assigned to each bus based on their hotel. Pick-ups will begin at 3:30 PM on Saturday. If you decide not to use the shuttle, please let Stacey know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another guest. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Stacey. If you don’t secure a spot on the bus, you can consider scheduling an Uber or Lyft, or using one of the following taxi companies: Town Taxi of Cape Cod (https://www.towntaxicapecod.com/), Upper Cape Taxi, Junior's Taxi, Falmouth Taxi (https://falmouthtaxi.com/), Bourne 24HR Taxi, Sandwich 24HR Taxi, or Mashpee Taxi. For those driving themselves, there is ample parking available at Popponesset, and you can leave your car overnight if needed. Additionally, there are many house and condo rentals near The Popponesset Inn that are just a short drive or walk away.

How do I find out if I got on the shuttle bus?

Two weeks before the wedding, we will share the bus schedule along with the names of guests assigned to each bus.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code is Cocktail Attire: Suit and tie, and cocktail dresses.

Can I send a physical gift if they are not included on the registry?

Physical gifts are not included on the registry since Lindsey and Taylor have been living together, and in a small space for several years. Contributions to their Honeymoon or Home fund would be greatly appreciated. Please note that due to frequent travel, we may not be able to receive physical gifts at our address when they arrive. If you do wish to send a physical gift, please contact Lindsey or Taylor for the best address.

When and where do I book my accommodations?

We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible. Visit the Accommodations page for suggestions.

Is there a hotel block or discounted hotel rates?

As of 9/25 the hotel blocks have expired. You can still reserve a room but not at the negotiated rate.
