The sooner the better due to already reserved room accomodations. If you cannot attend, we need to know no later than June 1st.

The inn owner Meghan has the room assignments along with your email which she will forward you details and payment information in the upcoming months. A 50% downpayment is due no later than June and final portion is due upon arrival. If you are not arriving until friday (2 nights only), that will need to be noted initially with Meghan as well, everyone is booked thussday- sunday currently. If you are at the family cabin, second payment is due to Missy in June.
